Why?
The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids),
affiliated with the University of Toronto, is Canada's most research-intensive hospital and the largest
centre dedicated to improving children's health in the country. It’s also Canada's largest and most
respected paediatric academic health sciences centre, offering comprehensive services across a wide
range of clinical specialties and is the only place in the province for newborns needing life-saving
surgeries.
With a staff that includes professionals from all disciplines of health care and research, SickKids
provides the best in complex and specialized care by creating scientific and clinical advancements,
sharing knowledge and expertise and championing the development of an accessible, comprehensive and
sustainable child health system.
We are on a mission to raise $10,000 for SickKids Hospital of Toronto! Medical treatments at the hospital are covered by publicly-funded health insurance, as is the case in most other Canadian hospitals and Philanthropy is a critical source of funding for SickKids.
We remain committed to donating a portion of our income from selling homes to the great work that they do. So, we proudly donate a portion of our income from referral home sales to this very worthy cause.
